Reasons to set aside arbitral awards in international arbitration

This study, titled "Reasons to Set Aside Arbitral Awards in International Arbitration", is created with the purpose of presenting the justifications under which the arbitral awards rendered in international arbitration are inspected in Turkey and in the world. Accordingly, constitution of a comparative study is intended, by means of examination of the relevant laws in Switzerland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, England, Singapore and United States of America. Furthermore, judicial decisions rendered in Turkey and other countries are examined with the purpose of understanding the process of the control mechanisms regarding arbitral awards in practice and how the reasons to set aside are interpreted.
