Right of a fair trial in International Procedural Law

In this PhD thesis, which is regarding the right to a fair trial in international procedural law, the effects of the right to a fair trial, which is also commonly agreed to be a fundamental human right of procedural law, on Turkish International Procedural Law, are examined. The absence of a large-scale work in this field of law before; makes the subject more attractive. Because of the fact that both the width of the field of legal practise and the size of the problems it creates, put the right to a fair trial to the top of fundamental problems of international procedural law.
