Abstract (EN)
With the emanation of the new world order after World War II that promotes the free circulation of the international capital without boundaries, corruption, with new appearances and problems, found its place in the international investment law, which was gaining prominence accordingly to this new international order. In this study corruption's definition and current situation, problems caused by corruption, solutions to those problems and lastly its future in this developing discipline of law has been made subject of examination.
