Abstract (EN)

In Turkish Military Forces, a group of soldier who have organized since 1957 against Democrat Party goverment , carried out secret junta activities and captured rulership in Turkey at 27 May of 1960 via military coup. After the coup a government was formed under the leadership of coup leader Cemal Gürsel and also National Unity Committee which consisted of soldiers was formed for retaining governance. Committee and government performed a duty from 27 may of 1960 to 15 september of 1961, a year and 8 mounths. During that period, lots of changings happened in Turkey's external and domestic policies. Selim Rauf Sarper was appointed as a Foreign Affairs Minister. Sarper,while he was in charge, has leaded to direct Turkey's relations with other countries andwas affective at gaining legitimacy for after coup government in the eyes of other states. Moreover Sarper was decision marker, apart from government and committee for determining foreign policy. It had became mystery what after coup government's decision makers are going to do in regional or international policies while cold war soften. At this period, changins in Turkey's foreign policy, reasons and results of this changins were offered to readers in this work with using different sources.
