The divergence in the nationalist movement: The first opposition party of the republic progressive republic party

The emergence of nationalism in its expanding scope with the French Revolution and the influence of Turkish nationalism on it coincides with the last period of the Ottoman Empire. Although the presentation of Turkish nationalism as a recipe for a solution for the Ottoman state occurred towards the end of the 1800s, the emergence of the nationalist movement and its transformation into a state policy coincided with the beginning of the 1900s. I.The period of World War II was the first period in which nationalist policies were implemented. I.As a result of the destruction of World War II, the nationalist movement moves to prevent the invasion of the homeland. In this struggle, the only ally is the people. The ideology of Turkish nationalism is used to engage the people in this struggle. The Turkish nationalist movement successfully concludes the national struggle, but the nationalist movement has a difference of opinion in the regime to be established after the war. This disagreement relates to the nature of the regime. First the union, then the second group, and finally the Terakkiperverler in the struggle for power Mustafa Kemal left as the winner. But this process of disagreement in the nationalist movement and the establishment of the progressive Republican Party; because it is the first opposition party of the Republic, because it contains what is left of Ittihat Terakki, because it is more conservative than the people's Party, and because the nationalist movement was founded by people belonging to his group, especially those who acted together with Mustafa Kemal in the national struggle, it is worth examining.
