Abstract (EN)

Nature is the best teacher that operates its system perfectly with its structure that grows, changes, matures, transforms and destroys within itself. In this context, human beings have always applied to the teachings of nature in the historical process and adapted them to their lives in order to survive. In the following process, with the crowded population and the introduction of industry into human life, human life has changed and the speed of consumption has increased over time. As we approach today, consumption has gained momentum and the world has entered a period of rapid change. The issue of the extinction of resources in the world, which has started to be examined in the recent past, leads to steps to be taken to find new concepts and solutions. Biomimicry, which is still a very new concept, is one of the popular solution-oriented concepts in this period. Building design, which imitates the behavior and forms of nature by taking nature as a reference, is increasing towards the present day and the studies are getting quite complex today. In this context, selected sample structures were evaluated in terms of biomimetic simulation, approach, period, biomimicry level and structural features.
