Abstract (EN)

In this study, experimental composite products were produced by the mixture of red pine wood, wastes (red pine cones and bark), tomato and eggplant stalks residues, dolomite and olivine mineral with the help of synthetic urea-formaldehyde glue in various proportions. Hence, the effects of mineral substances on chemical, physical, mechanical, thermal insulation, radiation and fire insulation properties of boards were investigated. The internal bond values of the test boards were obtained more than the standart value of 0.28 N / mm2. The bending strength properties of the pine/dolomite and tomato stalk /dolomite boards were found higher than with olivine mixed samples in the similar manufacturing conditions. The heat transfer coefficients were not reached in the insulation material class. It was concluded that the board types produced with olivine were not resistant to mass loss in fire compared to those produced by dolomite. The results have been shown that tomato and eggplant stalks, pine cone and barks can use in board manufacturing as alternative raw material. And also they can bonded to dolomite and olivine minerals with urea-formaldehyde resin.
