The characterizations of some curves in Minkowski space

This study designed as a philosophy doctoral thesis covers four chapters. In the first Chapter, the historical developments and the problems which are discussed in this thesis are presented. We establish the problems studied in this thesis and give the motivation for studying these topics. We also recall main results obtained so far and outline our results. In the second chapter,we recall basic definitions and theorems which are used in the rest of the thesis. The third and fourth chapters are original parts of thesis. In the third chapter we give some characterizations for curves in Minkowski space. In the fourth chapter we give some characterizations for some curves in R^4_2.
