Abstract (EN)

In order to manage the disaster situation in the best way, planning the preparation phase is of great importance. It is necessary to respond to the needs in disaster situations as quickly as possible. However, the amount of demand may not be calculated quickly at the time of the disaster, which leads to the necessity of stocking the materials. In this study will take place in Turkey. Disaster scenarios were examined and how to store the aid of these scenarios depending on the type of realization possibilities and scenarios are examined in this study. The model tries to find solutions for multiple purposes such as cost, demand and time. The model uses mixed-integer, weighted goal programming to optimize network design, logistics costs, procurement amounts, and inventory levels. The problem is solved with the mix integer programming model GAMS program. This thesis focus on humanitarian supply chain problem integrated with block-chain technology. In this study, block-chain technology is used as an innovative way to minimize humanitarian supply chain problem cost.
