Abstract (EN)

After anesthesia with intraperitonial injection thiopenthale sodium all rats heart were rapidly removed, placed in ice- cold Krebs-Heinseleit and mounted on langendorff apparatus immediately. After a 20 minutes stabilisation period hearts were divided three groups.1.group is control:30 min.ischemia-120 min reperfusion.2.group is post-condution:30 min. İschemia then three times ischemia-reperfusion with 10 second-period and 120 min.reperfusion. 3.group is 10-8 mol levosimendan treated group after 30 min ischemia. Protein mass belonged to cTnT and cTnI were analysed with Western Blot method and apoptotic differences were matched with TUNEL method.In our invastigation we carried out that threating 10-8 levosimendan and ischemic post-condition groups increase c TnT and cTnI mass meaningfully than cotrol group which is treated with 30 min.ischemia and 120 min.reperfusion. We carried out that 10-8 mol levosimendan treated groups cTnT mass is meaningfully less than post-condition treated groups. We macthed groups about apoptosis and we carried out that 10-8 mol levosimendan treated group has at least apoptotic cell. Post-condition treated group has much apoptotic cell than 10-8 mol levosimendan treated group. Control grup has the most opototic cell.This results present that levosimendan and ischemic post-condition can occur protection on myocardial ischemia injury
