Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is investigating the effect of mobbing behaviors on positive psychological capital and organizational commitment. The population of the research consists the employees of the head office of a bank in Istanbul. The data are collected by using survey technique. The questionnaires are applied to 150 employees with simple random sampling method. The method of the research is multiple regression analysis. The study shows that there is a low and direct relation between positive psychological capital and organizational commitment. In the research, an inversely relation between mobbing and positive psychological capital is determined. According to the findings, positive psychological capital perception decreases as mobbing perception increases. Commitment to self-life and job commitment dimensions of mobbing have significant effect on affective commitment. Moreover, it is determined that job and career related barriers, commitment to self-life and job commitment dimensions of mobbing have significant effect on continuance commitment.
