Abstract (EN)
Developments of informatics and communication Technologies with medical science caused to change needs of present day. Supplying these needs without considering time and place made telemedicine important. Mobile telecommunication technologies can labe used effectively in this area. The physiologic signs taken from patients who continiously monitored can be followed via wireless communication technologies. Especially in rured areas where the transporting is difficult and the monitoring of bedridden patients this system will provide easiness. This study includes information about telemedicine, mobile technologies, physiologic signs and researches on telemedicine. A system is offered as an examplee too. In this system the information which has taken from the patient via an ECG machine is forward to the expert?s PC over 3G network.
