Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Service Robot, Autonomous Coffee Machine, Turkish Coffee Robot, ROS, Smart Mapping In this study, it is planned to brew Turkish Coffee on an autonomous device, invoke it using QR technology and present it to the consumer in public places and collective work areas. It is known that the autonomous Turkish Coffee machine can be used for unmanned service, as in the examples in the literature, by interpreting the mathematical expression of the information received from the environmental sensors and expressing the controlled driving management in accordance with the flow chart. In the light of all this information, it is aimed to deliver Turkish Coffee to the end consumer, independent of the power source, by interpreting the information coming from the sensors mathematically and by obtaining results from the information processed in the flow chart. It is considered that this autonomous device can be used in food and beverage businesses, as well as brewing Turkish coffee in public and public places and delivering it to the end user. In order to bring Turkish Coffee to the end user in an unmanned way, features such as an energy unit independent of the power source, motor control and a control panel for the end consumer have been added. Thus, an unmanned Turkish Coffee service robot, which has autonomous mobility, provides convenience for the end consumer, has smart mapping and can move in irregular areas in a controlled manner, has been designed. A Turkish Coffee service robot design that can serve Turkish Coffee to the end user in an unmanned manner and with low operating costs and reach its target in a controlled manner in irregular areas has been proposed.
