Abstract (EN)
In this research, it is aimed to determine the perceptions of consumers who use public transport that may be effective in the adoption of mobile public transport applications, and to determine the relationships between these perceptions and their effects on consumers' attitudes and intention to use these applications. Within the scope of the research, 392 sample size was reached via online survey method in data collection process. The validity and reliability of the scales used in the study were ensured. Exploratory factor analysis was used for the validity of the research model and confirmatory factor analysis was used for the validity of the measurement model. In the path analysis made with the structural model, the relationships between latent variables were examined and the hypotheses were tested for accuracy. According to the results of the research, social influence and attitude have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention; social influence, perceived mobility and perceived usefullness have a positive and significant effect on attitude while perceived ease of use has no significant direct effect on attitude. Perceived mobility, perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; perceived mobility has a positive and significant effect on perceived ease of use as well. Social influence has a a positive and significant effect on perceived ease of use, however, it has no significant effect on perceived usefulness.
