Abstract (EN)
This thesis focuses on the modeling and optimization of planar mechanisms with flexible links which are practicable to various engineering applications through synthesis methods like Function Generation, Motion Generation and Path Generation. Simulink models of the mechanisms which are created according to the mentioned methods are created in the Matlab environment in order to carry out optimization operations. Simulink response optimizer module is used for each mechanism. As a result, a new approach is developed by performing optimization operations of flexible link mechanisms modeled in Matlab environment with different synthesis methods.
