Abstract (EN)
Conceptually strategy was included in management disciplines by military means Modern management strategies are founded upon means to analyze how to get least losses from competition as well as how to make profit maximization. This dissertation goes through modern strategic management styles and military strategic styles to find their common points through disciplines shaped upon Position School of Porter and Innovation as a concept. In this respect, the first part of the dissertation counts evolutional development of strategy, its historical properties, the meaning of strategical analysis and a variety of strategic management tools. After that the common points of Porter?s position School with military strategy is gone through, while the emphasis is more on the parts that Porter?s Position School tries to imitate military means. After that the points that innovation and military strategy come together are gone through. The last part of the dissertation is an analysis of the first three chapters of the dissertation. Both business world and military strategists have made efforts to develop concepts related to strategy, while military thinkers first to begin doing so. Both in Position School of Porter as well as modern strategic thought hegemon in modern companies, and in innovative development models within business organizations, military strategies were shown to be playing an essential role in the build-up of those conceptualizations? theoretical infrastructure.
