The Evolution Of The Traditional Anatolian House Under Modernization Process In this researe,evolution of Anatolian house until today and the identity it acquired have been examined.The modernization process and how it resulted in environmental anonymity has been presented with selected examples in this study. In the first chapter sample houses with rich variety from different regions are presented in the second chapter some houses from world architecture, that have influenced the Anatolian house and the kind of influences have been studied in the following chapter, examples from rural and urban houses which take shape under these impacts have been explained.In the same section, how the Anatolian housing typology developed undesirable forms and standardization have been emphasized.The last chapter shows how this manner has continued and became common practice. Globalization has resulted in boring anonymous and unlivable environments for this reason, the aim of design should be to integrate the a values its proper identity in the physical environment.Thus the goal of the house designing architect should be to pay attention to the culture, region and person as very important aspects of house design. The goal of this study is to emphisaze housing problems in our country and to draw the attention of persons involved in this process, for the purpose of designing liveable environments in the future.
