Abstract (EN)

The Cuman-Kıpchaks is one of Turkic steppe tribes that migrated to various regions during the Middle Ages, travelling from Turkestan to the North of the Black Sea and into Europe. Even though different sources refer to them by various names, the Cuman-Kıpchaks established their rule in the form of a tribal alliance. The Cuman-Kıpchaks lost their power in the 13th century and were one of the most significant millitary campaigns in history. As a result of migrations caused by this situation, they interacted with various nations. As a result of migrations caused by this situation, they interacted with various nations. Therefore, the Cuman-Kıpchaks shaped the history of both people they were in contact with and societies in the regions they migrated. In this thesis, the existence of the Cuman-Kıpchaks in the Caucasus in examined. Both the state annuals of neighboring countries and the copyright works written today were used-such as PhD and Master thesis, books, and articles. Findings obtained from the examination were analyzed and the existence of the Cuman-Kıpchaks in the Caucasus has been revealed.
