Abstract (EN)
The system is composed of a natural lead target, beam window, subcritical core, reflector and structural material. By using Monte Carlo method, pion beams with 1, 3 and 5 GeV and the current of 10 mA were sent to natural lead target. The proton beam and structural material are made of stainless steel, HT9. The cor is surrounded by a reflector made of graphite. In this study, The number of particles production (multiplication factor) and gas production in the beam window were calculated for these energies. The flux distuributions and heat depositions (heating) are calculated in target and beam window. The neutron leakage are calculated in beam path, beam window, the top and side surfaces of target. The calculations are made by using MCNPX computer code.
