Abstract (EN)

In this study, the interactions of electrons with different energy values entering the semi-infinite slice medium were investigated. Electrons were tracked one by one in the material up to a certain energy value limit by using the Monte Carlo simulation method in the computer environment. A simulation program called MCET in Turbo Basic programming language has been developed for this purpose. The elastic, inelastic and bremsstrahlung cross-section expressions required to simulate electrons in matter were obtained from the literature and added to the program. Aluminum was chosen as the medium and 10000 electrons were followed for each energy value taken. As a result of the interactions of electrons with various energies in different thicknesses of Al medium; back scattering, forward passing through the medium, energy absorption and bremsstrahlung distributions were obtained. These distributions data were evaluated graphically.
