Abstract (EN)
In this study, the importance of organizational vision perception in terms of motivation is explained. An intense literature review related to the subject matter; having the organizational vision, clear, understandable and clean expression in common with members' of the organization has positive impact on the employee motivation. In this thesis; the importance of a shared vision, carrying properties of the visionary organizations, motivation processes of the successful and best selected companies, these companies of corporate web sites, interviews, surveys, polls, published news releases, wikis and quarterly are assessed. Therefore, we have also discussed the importance of vision to the motivational process. In this study; organization and vision as a part of the organization, importance of vision with being organizational successful, register with vision need in organization, notional and actual basis of perception, taking motivational factors for perception management and components of organizational perception management are investigated. The motivation process is considered from organizational vision perception highlight. In this study; visionary organization effected members positively has hold and have been mentioned as examples. Finally as descriptive survey model, the Great Place to Work Institute's list of the "Best Employers" in the world, in Europe and Turkey; respectively, SAS Institute, Microsoft and AXA insurance company how they motivate the members, organizational vision facts and handling interviews, press releases, corporate web sites and meetings with employees, last year on these announcement which have been done and results have been verified.
