The examination of the relation of motivation and job satisfaction: Research in a public institution in Trabzon

In this study, subjects such as the definitions, history, types, and importance of motivation in terms of managers, employees and businesses were examined. In addition, motivation theories, which are divided into two as scope and process, are explained in detail. Job satisfaction issue; The factors affecting job satisfaction and the consequences of job dissatisfaction have been examined. The relationship between motivation and job satisfaction is mentioned. Finally, an application has been made in a public institution in Trabzon province and the effect of motivation on job satisfaction has been determined. As a result, it has been determined that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
