Abstract (EN)
Physicians who work in the health field in order to demostrate high performance in their work, they need peaceful and motivating environment in their work. In otherwords,motivation is on the factors that degrese the performance of physicisans. The level of motivation can fall for various reasons,one of the most important reason is the stress that they are exposed in the work place An Investigation of the Effect of Motivation on Organizational Stress on Physicians: A Research; the purpose of this study is to review and determirate he level of the motivation of physicians on the organizational stress. There search was carried out on physicians working in Education and Research Hospitals connected to Ankara Public Hospitals Association in 2017 in the province of Ankara. The questionnaires that were filled being were analysis with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 21.0 program after being checked.Factor Analysis, KMO and Bartlett's Test,Cronbach Alpha Value,Variance Analysis, T Test, Frequency Tables, Levene Test, LSD (Least Significant Difference),Correlation and Regression Analysis were used in the analysis studies of the questionnaires. According to the data obtained from the analysis, there is positive and mid level relation ship between motivation and organizational stress. Keywords: Motivation, Stress, Organizational stress
