II A STUDY OF TUNE - UP EQUIPMENTS IN TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC RESPECTS (M.Sc. Thesis) Şinasi ZEYREK GAZÎ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY September 1988 ABSTRACT In case of any error in tune-up instruments which are used in automotive industry, the technical and economical evaluation are chosen as a subject of research due to unsufficient repairing and maintenance services and lack of required handbooks, since these equipments are not widely used. There are a lot of difficulties to find the reason of errors, to make repairing and main tenance and to regulate the equipments. To find the solution to such difficulties and problems the required technical knowledge and advices are given.
