Abstract (EN)

The constant transfer of information from the past to the present, from the modern world to the next generations has led to the fact that huge industrial operations, transportation, technological developments that human life cannot afford have been carried out in shorter periods of time. Engine power plays the biggest role in these developments. The engine is used directly or indirectly almost everywhere from industrial production factories to construction, home, garden, office and similar work and living spaces. Wide usage areas: It makes it necessary to determine the power requirement in terms of volume and performance of the engine to be used during the production and renewal phases. The experimental parameters obtained by engine tests contribute to the production of more modern, more economical, longer-lasting engines. In experimental studies, the design and manufacture of an economical hydraulic dynamometer with water brakes capable of damping the power of a 6.5 horsepower engine was carried out. It is aimed to obtain information about how many horsepower engines can be damped with the experimental data of this dynamometer. Using the Ardiuno Uno microcontroller card in a computer environment, an experimental setup has been created that will allow us to simultaneously access the torque, power, specific fuel consumption, temperature and revulation speed data of the hydraulic dynamometer. The hydraulic dynamometer with a water brake used in this experimental setup is aimed for use in the production and revision processes of engines, in laboratories for educational purposes, and for determining engine performance values.
