Abstract (EN)
In this study, effects of the concentration of reactans and latex polymer which was used as an additive have been examined on product of hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HAP) in a continous reactor (MSMPR ? Mixed Solution Mixed Product Removal).Micro pore volume of crystals and the amount of added KOH increased with increasing latex polymer concentration. Crystal size decreased with increasing latex polymer concentration. In addition, the amount of added KOH increased with decreasing the initial concentration of reactans. Micro pore volume, specific surface area and crystal size decreased with decreasing the initial concentration of reactans. HAP crystals were characterized with SEM, BET and FT-IR.
