Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out in Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Agriculture Field Crops Department research and trial field in the 2021-2022 growing season under the ecological conditions of Eskişehir province. In the study, 4 different fertilizer applications were applied to 4 different bread wheat cultivars according to the experimental design of divided plots divided in random blocks. Bezostaja-1, Hakan, Yunus, Rumeli bread wheat varieties and organic fertilizer, organomineral fertilizer, traditional fertilizer were used in the experiment. In terms of yield characteristics, plant height, ear length, ear weight, number of grains per spike, grain weight per spike, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight; In terms of quality characteristics, protein ratio, gluten amount, gluten index, sedimentation value were examined statistically. In the study, while the Dolphin variety received the highest value in grain yield with traditional fertilizer application (708,49 kg/da), it was observed that it was close to the result obtained from traditional fertilizer application in organomineral fertilizer application (703,01 kg/da). In terms of quality characteristics, Rumeli variety has a value of 15.90% in traditional fertilizer application, while it has a value of 15.83% in organomineral fertilizer application, which is close to the result of traditional fertilizer application. As a result, it was observed that traditional (chemical) fertilizer and organomineral fertilizer applications were close to each other in terms of yield and quality in the parameters examined in bread wheat varieties. In this direction, the use of chemical fertilizers has a negative effect on the change of soil properties, while the use of organic and organomineral fertilizers has a positive effect on the fertility elements of the soil
