Mittag-leffler polynomials and properties

This thesis consists of five chapters. The first section is devoted to the introduction. A brief introduction to what this thesis is about and the literature summary of Mittag Leffler polynomials are given. In the second part, some definitions and lemmas are given. In the third chapter, Mittag-Leffler polynomial, deformed Mittag-Leffler polynomial and modified Mittag-Leffler polynomial are defined and their properties are given. The fourth chapter contains theorems for the Mittag-Leffler polynomials and their types, which give bilinear and bilateral generating functions. The results and applications of the theorems given here are given. In the last chapter, some conclusions and recommendations are presented for this thesis.
