Abstract (EN)
This Study consists of two parts, the first is in Arabic, and the other is in Turkish. The Arabic part investigates Hawi Al-Husayri script while the Turkish part comprises an introduction, two chapters and the results. After introduction in first part presents discusses the fatwas and similar books that preceded Al-Husayri's book. Due to the variety of scholars who grew up in behind the river region, this thesis pointed out the most important information and the history of that place. The Second part talks about Al-Husayri's life, the subject of this study, viz. Al-Hawi, sources, importance, and methods. The study investigated the fatwas of Al-Husayri by using examples to analyse them comprehensively. The overall objective of the study is to examine one of the most important Hanafi books in Transoxiana region, through looking into the fatwas regarding transactions in Abu Bakr Al-Husayri's book to reproduce it in the form of a contemporary book. By analysing this section, we explored the literature of Hanafi jurisprudence in the Transoxiana region. For endeavoured to produce a new publication that can enrich the circles of knowledge, and we extracted some books that did not reach it except through this impact, and we made it a reference for these books. In our study, we highlighted the crucial topics mentioned in Hawi Al-Husayri and what was related to the Fatwas in Hanafi jurisprudence. To this end, we used manuscripts in Turkey as the basis for the study and followed the standards of ISAM Center.
