Literary novel occupies an important place among other literary arts. It is necessary to examine this literary genre a, especially the personality element and the artistic structure it contains. The aim of this research is To examine the personality element and artistic fiction in Muhammed Saeed Ramadan Al-Bouti's novel Mamo Zain and to reveal the personality elements, types and dimensions in the novel. then to know the concept of artistic construction and to analyze the elements that make it up, as the researcher follows the analytical descriptive approach in this research. The importance of the research is that it is a new study that enriches the Arab library, and can pave the way for researchers to increase their studies. The research problem also arises in the few critical and analytical studies of the novel "Mamo zain", which researchers have not previously addressed in research, criticism or analysis about aspects, types and dimensions and knowledge of personality. elements of the artistic construction of this novel, representing the structure of the novel, while Al-Bouti weaves the events of the novel. One of the most prominent hypotheses of this research is that the novel "Mamo Zain" is one of the most important emotional novels about the stories of love and admiration, and the characters in it are many and varied and should be examined. It also consists of an integrated technical building. Therefore, the examination of the personality element and artistic construction will play a major role in enriching the Arabic library, as it will be a reference to the studies on the art of the novel.
