A research on the opinions of accounting professionals on the e-transformation process

E-transformation, which is a term that has emerged recently in accounting, is important in reducing workloads and costs by enabling accounting professionals to move their work to the digital environment. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of e-transformation on accounting professionals. For this purpose, a research was conducted on 382 accounting professionals operating in Ankara. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that if the e-transformation process is well managed and the necessary trainings about e-transformation are provided, e transformation will create great convenience for accounting professionals and the accounting profession and will provide benefits in reducing costs.
