Muînüddin Süleyman Pervâne: Life and politics

Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev II. took the throne in 1237. In the subsequent process, the "Babai Rebellion" has emerged, the effects of which will also be great. Thus, the Mongol army headed to Anatolia and as a result, the "Kösedağ War" took place, the Seljuk State lost the war. As a result, the first Mongolian nature was experienced. In 1246, the administration of Izzeddin Keykavus II. was announced, but this administration did not last long. Sultan Rukneddin Kılıç Arslan's desire to have the administration alone caused him to enter into a struggle with Izzeddin Keykavus II. But in the end, the 'Three Brothers" period started in 1249-1254. The three brothers period ended with the death of Alaaddin Keykubad, thus the process continued with the "Two Brothers" period (1257-1262). Pervâne Muineddün's desire to have the administration alone, which they did, caused the closure of both brother periods. Thus, the process also called Pervane Period has started. Sultan Rukneddin Kilic Arslan IV. sat on the throne alone in 1262, but died in 1266. With the accession of Sultan Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev III. to the throne, Pervâne Muînüddin experienced almost complete independence in the Seljuk State of Turkey. He aimed to eliminate those who might pose a threat to him, such as Vizier Fahreddin Ali. When the Mongols' confidence in him was shaken, he contacted Sultan Baibars to form an alliance, but later gave up on this situation. At this time, the Hatıroğlu Movement broke out and Anatolia came to the brink of a major turning point. While peace was restored in Anatolia by barely suppressing the Hatıroglu Rebellion, Sultan Baibars came to Anatolia and conquered Kayseri. Abaka Khan, who received the news of this situation, came to Anatolia and plundered Kayseri and Erzurum, and had Pervâne Muinuddin executed.
