Abstract (EN)
Migration is a event that always maintains its importance due to the social, political and economic effects it has caused in human history. The factors that cause migration are always changes. The reasons why people move from one place to another, leave their homeland and settle new ones always continue. The reason why migrants are called refugees or asylum seekers is explained in 1951 Geneva Convention on the Legal Status of Refugees. In Geneva Convention, people leave their country for compulsory reasons such as natural or political. Refugees and asylum seekers should be carefully considered, especially in the case of children because children are most affected by the migration process and children are one of the most vulnerable to migration risks. This study aims that Turkey's, Germany's, and Italy's practices over refugee and asylum seeker children are explained health and education-based developer practices and social policy. This thesis is claiming that Turkey is more advanced and helpful than Germany and Italy about social policy implementations for refugee and asylum-seeker children.
