Abstract (EN)

In recent years, intensive studies have been carried out in the field of chemistry of heterocyclic compounds related to pyrimidine compounds. Numerous pyrimidine compounds have been synthesized by organic chemists and attempted to predominantly function. To this end, numerous scientific papers and patents have been published in interdisciplinary studies in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and medicine. In addition, pyrimidine compounds are codes that constitute the structure of DNA and determine our genetic codes. For this reason, there is a great need for the resolution of the structure and properties of the pyrimidine ring in order to find hidden details of the genetic make-up in living organisms. The studies on pyrimidine compounds are very important because of these properties. n our work, new amide derivatives containing the pyrimidine ring were synthesized as a result of the series of five reactions. In this synthesis, the reaction of aromatic amines with the pyrimidine acid chloride compound obtained according to the literature was carried out and pyrimidine carboxamide derivatives which are the target compounds were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated using elementel analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy techniques.
