Abstract (EN)
In this study, benthic algal flora of Munzur River and Pülümür River (Tunceli) October 2010 - September 2011 between the designated 6 stations in and from different habitats (epipelic, epilithic and epiphytic) was examined in samples collected in monthly periods. In both study areas, diatoms (Bacillariophyta) were more important in benthic algae flora than Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta and Euglenophyta groups. İt was determined 169 taxa which are belonged to benthic diyatomes, from these Cocconeis placentula, Cymbella affinis, Cymbella minuta, Diatoma vulgare, Didymosphenia geminata, Gomphonema olivaceum, Hannaea arcus and Ulnaria ulna, have been the most remarkable benthic algal flora of Munzur River. İt was determined 152 taxa which are belonged to benthic diyatomes, from these Cocconeis placentula, Cymbella affinis, Cymbella excisiformis, Cymbella naviculiformis, Diatoma vulgare, Gomphonema olivaceum, Gyrosigma acuminatum and Ulnaria ulna, have been the most important benthic algal flora of Pülümür River. Diatoms benthic algae communities in the spring and autumn months of the best development are carried out.
