Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in 2017-2018 in order to determine the effects of Boron (B) fertilizer on plant characteristics of at Tokat-1 'Elderberry genotype. According to the applications, the number of summer shoots was found to be about 11-28 number / plant and was statistically significant among the applications (P <0.01). The shoot length was measured as 104 cm from the longest control application and the difference between the applications was significant (P <0.05). Average tree crown volume was measured as 2.298-0.558 m3 and the highest value was obtained from boron application at the beginning of control and flowering. The lowest value was seen in soil boron application. The diameter of plant stem was statistically significant (P <0.01) and the difference between applications was significant (P <0.05). Leaf chlorophyll values changed between 22-30 SPAD in average and the difference between applications was significant (P <0.05). Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), potassium (K), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), Sodium (Na) and iron (Fe) on the change of the elements were found to be statistically insignificant, Magnesium ( The effect of treatments on Mg) change was statistically significant (P <0.05) and ranged between 1.7-2.2 mg / L. The effect of applications on calcium (Ca) change was statistically significant (P <0.05), ranging between 0.96-1.53 mg / L.
