Abstract (EN)
The subject of our work is the study of the understanding of the Musa Jarullah's hadith and sunnah in the context of Kitabu's Sünne. Our work consists of entrance and two chapters. The introductory section provides information on the subject, purpose, method and scope of our work. In the first chapter, the concepts related to the Musa Jarullah's life and his argument. In addition, provides factors that is about Musa Jarullah's life and view. In the second chapter, trying to mention about the conception of the Musa Jarullah's hadith and sunnah. It is examined Musa Jarullah's traditionist, definition of the sunnah and textual criticism. It figures some analysis that is about rumors that is used for his work. Our subject of work is finished with the result and evaluation. Keywords: Hadis, Sunnah, Musa Jarullah Bigiyef, Musa Cârullah's conception of hadith and sunnah.
