Abstract (EN)
Writing of the Qur'an in the Islamic religion is a continuous application process from the descent of revelation to the present day. In this process, with the development of writing, there have been various developments in the writing of the Qur'an. In the early periods, various dots and stop signs were placed in the Qur'an text to refer to expressions movements and to facilitate reading .later , signs of parts were added. At present , it is being considered possible to add spelling rules and punctuation in the Qur'an to facilitate better reading and understanding of meaning. This research aims to study this subject and submit a sample. Chapter one; subject of the research contains the following: its problems, purposes, importance, methods and main reference. In addition, the spelling rules and punctuation related to the research are defined and the significance of each one. Moreover, the types and functions of punctuation are clarified Chapter two; it contains the views of the ancestral scholars about the rule of writing the Qur'an according to the rules of dictation (rather than the Ottoman drawing), and these views and statements were examined by the statement of evidence and reasoning and discussed with the weighting of bright proofs. The views of late scholars on the writing of the Qur'an are then explained by modern punctuation and the expression of ideas gained with their proofs. Chapter three; it contains practical examples of punctuation are presented in the context of Surat Al-Fatiha and Al-Baqarah. Conclusion: There are the results obtained with some recommendations Key words: Mushaf (Qur'an), Contemporary Spelling Rules, Punctuations Rules.
