Abstract (EN)
The History of Mustafa Necib Efendi is an important work that obtained the accured events in Ottoman State between the years of 1803?1808. The book which consist of describes; the degradation of Janissary Quarry, Coming against the State Protesting considered innovition Military and other areas; Edirne Event, Kabakçı Mustafa rebellion. Besides, the relations between Ottoman and Europe States, Political and Military events accored in Europe.The writer also has given attention to the staff located at varios levels in time frame period of these events in Ottoman State. The writer based on Statemen and their task while describes the events.The writer?s manuscript of this work has been transcripted by us and also our researches in the process some other studies on this work were taken into consideration by us.The History of Necib Efendi has significance Ottoman Ambassadors in period of managers of the administrative staff, and era of III.
