Abstract (EN)

This study includes the transfer to today's alphabet and evaluation of the work called Sohba al-Gāya, written in the field of Sufism by the Sufi named Müstakîm Mustafa Niyâzî (d. 1185/1771), who lived between the XII-XVIII centuries. There is not much information about the author. He was born in Ereğli district of Konya. It is known that he is affiliated with the Kasaniye branch of the Naqshbandi order. He wrote three works. Our study consists of an introduction, two main chapters, an appendix and a conclusion. In the introduction, classical sources and modern studies providing information about Müstakîm Mustafa Niyâzî are included. Subsequently, the subject, importance, purpose and method of the thesis are mentioned. In the first part, the period in which Müstakîm Mustafa Niyâzî lived, his life, works, sect and lineage are included. In the second part, firstly, the manuscripts of the work named Sohbetü'l-Gâye are introduced, and then the topics that are included in the work, deemed necessary and most frequently discussed, are discussed.
