Abstract (EN)

In order for businesses to achieve success, it is necessary to support the work of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty primarily and as a result create a customer value. As a result of these studies, the customer prefers the same business again when necessary and can develop a loyalty to that brand. The purpose of this research determines the relationship between consumer perceptions of customer value, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A total of 422 consumers were reached in the survey for this purpose. The data obtained in accordance with the scales applied to the participants were analyzed with the SPSS 25 program. According to the answers given by the participants in the study, it was determined that there is a positively significant relationship between customer value, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. According to the results of regression analysis, customer value can explain 86.2% of the variation of brand loyalty and customer value tires of brand loyalty in a statistically significant and positive way, Customer satisfaction can explain 83.3% of the varience of brand loyalty and customer satisfaction tires of brand loyalty in a statistically significant and positive way, It was found that customer value and customer satisfaction can explain 89.4% of the varience of brand loyalty and that customer value and customer satisfaction tire brand loyalty in a statistically significant and positive way.
