Abstract (EN)

From past to present interest is forbidden in all religions because of being the reason of injustice . According to Islam, trading is permitted but interest is forbidden. In Quran Allah informs that those who don't avoid from interest are combatting to Allah and His Messenger (pbuh) and those who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. In some researches, the interest sensitivity of the Religious Affairs Administration employees, whose principal duty is explaining Islam in their best, is analyzed and it is found out that in spite of knowing that interest is forbidden, some employees don't avoid from doing transactions that include interest. In this context, this article is built on finding out the reasons of this lack of interest sensitivity. Based on the information that interest sensitivity of Religious Affairs Administration employees is less than expected, to find out its mental reasons and rationality is the subject of this thesis. The goal of this study is to put forth the reasons of bank preferences of the Religious Affairs Administration employees'. When the literature is analyzed there is no study on it. In this point of view, it can be signified that this thesis will contribute to the literature. In this three part study the concept of "customer" is emphasized in the first part. Also grouping of customers is explained and the notion "customer satisfaction" is emphasized and explained. In the second part, the factors that affect customers' bank preferences are handled and explained. In the third part, a survey is done with the 35 employees of Presidency of Religious Affairs that chosen from Sakarya and from different departments, then in depth interview is realized with them. In result section, this study is evaluated and it includes some offers to the next studies in the future according to the data that obtained.
