The introduction of the study provides an overview of the research's significance, scope, and purpose. The first section of the study discusses housing and the housing sector, while the second section provides information about the conjoint method. The third section of the study explains the findings obtained from the analysis conducted with the conjoint method. The concluding part of the study interprets the results. According to the results obtained from the research, it is determined that socio-economic and demographic factors such as age, income level, marital status, and the number of children influence individuals' housing preferences.
