Elicit and criticism of hadiths about mutʿa marriage

Mutʿa marriage is a custom of illiteration period. Just like all other illiteration customs, Mutʿa marriage is banned with the born of Islam. As long as we understand from the rumors that are reported in the long periods of war times some of the Prophet Mohammad's young companion, which are away from their families, are licensed for Mutʿa for a very short period of time and then it's strictly banned till doomsday. All of the Islamic Ummah, except the Shia's Jafariya, had abandoned this practice after the information they were forbidden reached them. Jafari's who based Mutʿa marriage not to permission from rumor but verse from Qoran claimed that no other verse is reached to cancel the verse. They defended the theory that Mutʿa is a mercy upon ummah and cared about only hadiths from the ahl al bayt chain. We tried to examine the hadiths related to mut'a in terms of the narration technique and to prepare the thesis by taking the quote of Nisa 4/24, which is accepted as evidence for forbiddance of Mutʿa. Marriage, forms of marriage in illiteration period, hadiths about Mutʿa that are reported in sunni sources and their tahrec and criticism created the whole of study. In the conclusion part, it's claimed that Mut'a is a tradition of illiteration era people and regarded as haram among Muslims, with the order of Qoran and Sunnah, except for Shia.
