Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of taekwondo training made with rhythm trainings along with music on technical and motoric developments of children. For this purpose, an experimental group who are inexperienced in taekwondo composed of 7 girls and 6 boys totally 13 students and a control group who are inexperienced in taekwondo composed of 7 girls and 8 boys totally 15 students were formed with 14 boys and 14 girls totally 28 students with voluntary participation. During 12-week training durations of participants were applied classic taekwondo training applications to the control group and rhythm training with music applications with different tempos (50-200 bpm) in the working in addition to the same training programs to the experimental group. This rhythm studies were performed with saying, vitalization and repeating methods along with rhythm of all pieces of motion in learning, practicing and consolidation phases. 20-meter sprint test for velocity; flamingo balance test for balance; vertical jump test, horizontal jump test with double leg and a leg and penta jump test for jumping; sit and reach, split and back scratch test for flexibility; 30 seconds sit-up and 30 second push up test for strength; illinois agility test for agility and multistage shuttle run for endurance were performed in the pretest and posttest phases in an attempt to determining of motoric performances of athletes. The poomsae application (Poomsae Taegeuk Sam Jang) for taekwondo technical improving of athletes and the taekwondo theoretical technique knowledge form for theoretical knowledge and mastery of taekwondo main techniques of athletes were determined at the end of research. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to statistical analyses of data and the statistical significance was set at p<0.05. The results obtained on the research indicated that there were significant differences between experimental group and control group in favor of experimental group. As a result, using of rhythm and music in sport education correctly accelerate psychomotor, cognitive and affective development of athletes significantly.
