Abstract (EN)
Less developed and developingc ountries with high prevalance of tuberculosis at thesame time, the increase in active tuberculosis among people infected with both tuberculosis in developed country, emerge of thestrains at least 2 majordrug-resistant (MDR) and at last two minor enjectable drugs with a flouroqunolun drug-resistant (XDR), thesestrainshave a tendencytoexpand, increase the importance of moleculary surveliance for M tuberculosis control studies. Inthıs study investigated the genotypic characteristics by MIRU-VNTR of M tuberculosiss trains isolated from sputum samples from patiens with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis by MGIT 960 and Lowenstein Jensenme dium (JL)Keywords: M. tuberculosis, Miru-VNTR,PCR
