Abstract (EN)

Objective: The scientific studies for the treatment of reperfusion injury after perfusion of ischemic tissue have been increasing day by day. We haven't seen any study forthe effects of oral factor inhibitor10a rivaroxaban, recently came into use, on ischemia-reperfusion injury. That is known the effects of this medicine on ischemia reperfusion injury, with ever-expanding field of use, is to throw light on the clinical practices. Method: In the experiments, Wistar-albino-breed male rats weighing 250-350 g have been used. The subjects have been divided into three groups as: the Sham group (n=10), I / R group (n=15) and Rivaroxaban treated group (n = 15). In order to createnecrosis, we have performed30-mins ischemia and two hours-reperfusion to descending branch of the left coronary artery. The ECG changes, blood pressure and heart rate have been recorded throughout the experiment. The necrotic tissue has been determined by triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) dye.By using the Image Tool 2.0.program, we have calculated the necrosis and volume of the risk of field. Diagnosis: We have found that the area of necrosis is to decreaseamong the group treated withrivaroxaban.withoutsignificant changes atAHR and AABP. Also, relatively I / R value, the CK and K values being indicators of tissue necrosis are found to be statistically significantly lower among the group treated withrivaroxaban. Results:We have the idea that these results support rivaroxaban having an important role of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Rivaroxaban might domyocardial tissue damage by correctingacidosisoccurringin post-ischemia plasma. The improvement of acidosis, in level of renal tubular, might be due to the effects of rivaroxaban onH + excretion. Therefore, morein-depthresearches of the renal effects ofrivaroxaban might throw light onthe explanation of its improving effects on I / R injury.
