Evaluation of myocardial , viability TC 99m-MIBI infusion and Tc 99m-MIBI +short term GIK (glucose, insulin, potassium) infusion studies

ABSTRACT: It's clinically important that the live myocard tissue to be shown in the person beign selected who would benefit the revascularisation process. Our aim the study evaluate effectiveness of GIK infusion, Tc 99m MTBI infusion and also Tc 99m MTBI infusion to be shown of regional myocardial viability In this study were included echocardiographies by left ventricul disfunction 20 patients whose angiographies and treadmill ECG's beings taken. All patients was applied two study. First study; Tc 99m MIBI was infused afterwards spet imagws were taken.In the second study 30% dextroz 50 U insulin and 80 Meq KC1 was infused in the way of going 2-5 ml /kg/h in 2 hours then 20 mCi Tc 99m MTBI intravenose infusion was given and spet images were taken.
