The aim of this work is to compare and determine IRSLcharacteristics from NaCl and KCl samples. Recent advances in IRSL for useas naturally occurring radiation dosimeters have gained a great deal ofattention of the technique. The IRSL temperature dependence and the radiationdose response of a material have critical importance for using as dosimeter. Inthis work the IRSL characteristics from NaCl and KCl samples wereinvestigated as a function of temperature and laboratory radiation doses.
