Abstract (EN)
As an ornamental plant, it is aimed to develop micropropagation protocols of Nandina domestica (Heavenly Bamboo) and Loropetalum chinense (Chinese Fringe Flower) plants, which are widely used in our country in recent years and which are difficult to produce with traditional methods. For this purpose, MS and DKW medium which are used commonly; MS-Mod and DKW-Mod medium which are prepared considering the soil requirements of the plants were used for both plants. It was determined that the most suitable medium for Nandina domestica propagation was MS-Mod medium containing 1,00 mg / L BAP in the media. IBA (0,01, 0,05, 0,10, 0,20 mg / L) and NAA (0,01, 0,05, 0,10, 0,20 mg / L) to the determined MS-Mod medium) and the effects of auxins on Nandina domestica proliferation were also investigated. The number of shoots per explant was determined to be in the MS-Mod medium containing 1,00 mg / L BAP and 0,01 mg / L IBA. For Loropetalum chinense, it was determined that the DKW plant medium containing 1,00 mg / L BAP was the most suitable medium for micropropagation. In addition, it has been demonstrated that the MS-Mod medium containing 1,00 mg / L BAP can be used in micropropagation. According to the results obtained in the study, besides the standard medium for Nandina domestica (Heavenly Bamboo) and Loropetalum chinense (Chinese Fringe Flower) plants, proliferation medium that can be used for micropropagation have been determined. A suitable procedure for micropropagation has been established for both plants.
